She is a strategic leader with a track record of building and managing organizations while driving corporate initiatives that lead to company growth. Carina is an analytical problem solver, addressing customer and employee needs and creating solutions to complex problems.

Carina is a Certified Public Accountant, and her experience is extensive, including roles as a Financial Manager, Internal Control Manager, and Accounting Manager. Before co-founding UnitedCFO, she worked as the Internal Control Manager and Accounting Manager at CP Kelco, part of the JM Huber Corporation, one of the largest privately held, family-owned companies in the United States. Carina also served as an Audit Supervisor at PwC. She graduated from the National Economics University in Hanoi, Vietnam, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Minh Hoang has extensive experience in accounting and finance with VPBank, ANZ Bank and many international companies operating in Vietnam. She specializes in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cashflow Management and forecasting.
In addition to a CPA, Minh has a Master of Management from Monash University in Australia, an MBA from the University of Hawaii, and graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Foreign Trade University, Hanoi. Based in Hanoi, Minh speaks fluent English and Vietnamese.

Haroon Anwar has a demonstrated track record in strategic financial management, corporate finance, and commercial banking. With vast international experience, he has successfully advised, raised capital and built businesses. With a CPA, MBA and a BBA (Hons) from the United States, Haroon brings a vast and diverse set of skills and expertise to help companies looking for growth and strong financial guidance in Vietnam. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston, USA.

Nguyen Minh Thu is Chief Executive Officer of UnitedCFO. She brings in-depth and expertise in managing HR Business Services and Administration. She leads our practice to manage clients Hum Resource Administration requirements including onboarding and payroll services. In addition to holding leadership roles at Vietnamese companies, she has worked leading Vietnamese banks - Techcombank and VIB

She studied at University of Warsaw, Poland and speaks Polish, English, and Vietnamese.

Minh Tu, an alumnus of the National Economics University in Vietnam, has amassed considerable experience in the field of finance. Serving for many years as both an accountant and a CEO's assistant, Tu has developed a comprehensive understanding of import-export protocols and tax declaration processes. Additionally, she has offered her expertise as a tax advisor to various SMEs. Tu is well-versed in navigating multicultural environments and is proficient in Vietnamese, English, and has a foundational knowledge of German.
